About Janet’s Cookie Jar !

🍪Janet’s Cookie Jar is a small, home-based bakery specializing in freshly baked cookies and other homemade treats. We operate under Minnesota Cottage Food laws and focus on producing high-quality, small-batch cookies and fresh homemade caramels made with premium ingredients and no preservatives. 🍪We offer a variety of decorated sugar cookies, homemade caramels, jumbo bakery style cookies, including chocolate chip, peanut butter explosion, oatmeal raisin, and seasonal flavors. Our cookies are sold directly to customers through local markets, special orders, community events, and social media promotions. 🍪And you guessed it, Janet is the head Baker! This all started with my love for baking in general. I grew up baking with my mom and then continued baking. I love to bake and share my bakes with others. Once I started decorating cookies and sharing them on social media a few people started asking me to make cookies for them and it just started to grow. I continued to learn from videos and after I felt more confident this little bakery idea became a reality and here we are!
